Ta'vanath Ta'vanath is the second largest city in the Horse Plains, sitting in the very center of the plains. Trade and gossip flow in and out of its gates. Most of the people living in the Horse Plains are as nomadic as the wild horses that live on the plains, so Ta'vanath provides the perfect place to stop and share a cup of hot tea and catch up on gossip. Sar Ruins At the mouth of the Kobbe River lie the ruins of an ancient civilization. Beautiful statues line dead streets and empty fountains guard rusted gates. The plains are largely flat with high grasses and wild horse herds. There are low hills to the west. The people who live here are usually nomadic, with earth and air shifters being the most common inhabitants.
